Can I embroider on anything?  

We are very talented and can embroider on almost anything to include but not excluded to shirts, totes, hats, towels etc. 

What file format works the best? 

We prefer PNG however JPEG, TIFF and PSD work. 

Will I see a proof of my logo before production?  

 Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see a proof of your logo before we proceed with production.  

We take your logo, set it up for embroidery, actually embroider it on a piece of material and then send you a digital photo of it for your approval.  

Creating a proof of an embroidered logo is a time consuming process. That’s why we create proofs of logos only after an actual order has been placed. 

 A lot of suppliers do not actually embroider a proof for your approval. However, we understand this is not as accurate and precise therefore we actually print on fabric to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Do you require a minimum order quantity?  

We do not require a minimum order.  

What is the turnaround time? 

Our standard turnaround time changes based on demand. 

Rush Production service is available for a fee of $85.27 for orders of between 1 and 25 pieces and $110.27 for orders between 26 and 59 pieces.  For orders of over 60 pieces, please contact us. 

Can I return embroidered apparel? 

Because the items are custom we do not accept returns. However we will try and help you out as much as we possibly can, within reason. 

Do you only print on SickFit products?  

SickFit will embroider on supplied garments, however, we do not encourage it. We cannot assume responsibility for your garment in the event of machine malfunction.  

The customer assumes all liability for any items that sustain machine damage. SickFit will not replace customer-supplied goods if this occurs. 

The garments must be new and unworn. All setup and art fees will still apply. 

What is your policy on trademark, logos and copyrights?   

All customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed.. A customer may NOT use any logo or other graphic material in a manner which may infringe copyright. A customer also may NOT use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. SickFit assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. SickFit shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through SickFit.
